Aman Packer offers professional packing, moving, and storage services. The details of the services provided will be specified in the service agreement signed by both parties.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our official website.
• Payments for services must be made as per the terms specified in the service agreement.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other specified methods.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved and any special handling requirements.
• Clients must ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled before the move, unless packing services are included in the agreement.
• Clients must be present at the pickup and delivery locations at the agreed times.

Liability and Insurance

While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Aman Packer will not be liable for any damage or loss of items during transit unless insurance coverage is opted for and paid by the client. Details of insurance coverage will be provided upon request.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid any cancellation charges.
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if there is a breach of these terms and conditions by the client or if the client engages in unlawful or unethical activities.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UP West, India.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
